What does therapy look like with Story Arc?
While there is no therapeutic journey the same, there is a general approach in which we take. What happens during each stage is the [fun, painful, exciting, rewarding, any feeling you can think of] part!

Philosophy and Approach
As a person and as a therapist I’m fascinated by the human experience. I tend to look at the world through the lens of a story: the experiences we’ve had, the people we’ve encountered, the beliefs we’ve developed, and the ways all of those things shape who we become. I’m curious about what gives people purpose, what keeps us stuck, and what helps us move forward.
I don’t see therapy as a process of “fixing” people. I see it as an opportunity to better understand yourself, to step back, look at your own story with some support, and figure out what you want to do with what you find.
You’re the expert on your life. My job is to bring curiosity, perspective, and the occasional challenge to help you see yourself a little more clearly so that you may leave therapy better equipped for whatever comes next.
In addition to being a therapist I’m a father, partner, movie nerd, aspiring writer, tech guy, sports fan, and game nights with the family. I can probably talk way too long about a movie, a book, or a comic, and how K-Pop Demon Hunters is a modern classic just as much as Gladiator or Shawshank. It’s important to me that I provide an inclusive space that you feel safe to share and explore. I’m grateful that you’ve taken the time to make it this far and look forward to meeting you where you’re at!
